Fixed fee of €4,800 taxes included for a net selling price less than or equal to €100,000

4.8% V.A.T on net selling price over €100,000

SEASONAL RENTAL

Owner's management fee : 8% V.A.T on net rent

Tenant management fee : 20% V.A.T on gross rent
